Xiaoyan Song is the Electronic Resource Librarian (ERL) at the Monograph Unit in the Acquisition and Discovery (A&D) department at NCSU Libraries. She mingles with all aspects of ebooks including acquisition, license negotiation, activation, ebook troubleshooting, and workflow mapping. She holds an MLS from Simmons College, an MS in Color Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Information Management from Shandong University.
