Andrew has worked in academic/ research libraries for more than 25 years, holding positions as  Associate Director, Associate Dean, and Director. Prior to becoming the Associate CIO for Health Sciences, he was the Interim Dean of Libraries at Stony Brook University. Andrew is a member of Beta Phi Mu and holds a MLS from Queens College and a doctorate from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. He has several peer-reviewed and encyclopedia articles and is a co-author of "E-metrics for Library and Information Professionals," published in both the USA and UK, and translated into Russian.
